No Dymamic PHP

RapidWeaver has a setting for "Dynamic PHP Sidebar."
I've never been able to get this to work. As nearly as I can tell, it prevents much of the site from uploading.
That means no new blog entries, no updated menu items, and no text changes in the footer like a new copyright date.
Fot the moment, this is not a good setting to use.
