I was channel surfing and came across something VERY interesting. A paper house.

Maybe you have to be an architecture fan for this to catch your eye, or maybe just live in a desert state. By itself, it isn't much more exciting than the idea of straw bale houses or earth houses, but take a look at this page.

Suddenly we have some form and personality to what otherwise could be a bland building material.

So, the stuff is hard to burn. It's very light but very strong. It has a fairly decent R-value, especially as it gets thicker. It can take plaster or tile. And it is cheaper than most other building materials.


I wonder how well it can be mixed with other building styles and materials.
