Originally I used iBlog by Lifli Software. Pagan Vigil was always hosted by MacHighway. The original version of Technopagan Yearnings was a several static pages hosted on .Mac, while the second version was on Apple’s Mobile Me. The original version of teknologi was on Mobile Me.
This time around I’m using Rapid Weaver by Realmac Software, and all the blogs will be hosted on MacHighway.
For the primary domains, the publishing settings should be something like this:

It took a fair amount of fiddling to work this out, so I am putting the result here for my future reference.
